At Notepad Consulting Inc, I’m a husband and father of four, deeply committed to faith, family, people, sports, and business. I set ambitious goals and dream big, driven by a passion for growth, connection, and the journey of achieving what others might call "unrealistic." I find purpose in meeting, working with, and sharing life’s path with incredible people.
With over 17 years of experience in professional sports, I’ve served as a director, manager, coordinator, and scout across three NHL organizations and a National (Olympic) team, among other roles. This journey has given me the privilege of leading, collaborating with, and learning from talented teams and individuals in pursuit of excellence and shared goals.
My expertise lies in cross-functional team leadership, team management and organization, communication, and talent assessment. I am committed to fostering an environment of excellence, innovation, and a winning spirit, and I bring a diverse, inclusive perspective to every operation I lead.
The core of my business involves helping organizations, teams, and individuals identify their strengths and shortcomings, develop strategies and plans, and guide implementation to meet desired goals.
